Questions
Do I own my website address?
Yes. It is registered in your name. If you ever leave, you keep it, and I send you a copy of your site files at no charge.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, by text or email. Your site stays up until the end of the month you paid for.
Do you promise more calls or a spot at the top of Google?
No. Nobody honest can promise that. A good website makes it easier for the people who already look you up to trust you and call you.
What do you need from me?
About 15 minutes: a quick call to confirm your details, then you approve the site before it goes live.
How do I pay?
By card, through a secure monthly Stripe subscription. You get a receipt every month.
Policies
The short version. Clients also get a one-page agreement before anything goes live.
Cancellation and refunds
The subscription is month to month. Cancel anytime by text or email to pznormanproject@gmail.com; no further charges are made after that. Payments for a month already started are not refunded, and the site stays up until the end of that month. If you were charged by mistake, contact me and I will refund it.
Terms
- Perry Norman Websites builds and hosts websites for local businesses for the monthly fee above.
- You approve your site before it goes live and confirm that what it says about your business is true. You confirm you have the right to use the photos and logos you provide.
- Your domain and your content belong to you.
- I do not promise any Google ranking, number of visitors or customers. No website is online 100% of the time; problems are fixed as fast as reasonably possible.
- My total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim. California law applies.
Privacy
When you contact me I keep your name, business details and contact information to answer you and run your website. Payments are handled by Stripe; I never see or store your card number. I do not sell your information. Ask me to delete it anytime at pznormanproject@gmail.com.
